This is the type of stuff my Dad loves. I like it. My parents are Jamaican so I grew up on music like this.

Whoa whoa whoa, is that a Mott the Hopple album I see? Very nice taste. Gotta love "All the young dudes" (no-homo) even though it was written by David Bowie.

Okayplayer.com has a ton of great music. Though it wouldn't be there without the help of the legendary Roots crew. I'll check out the video's you posted when I get home from work. Sounds like we got a lot in common as well.

Guys, if we all post actual links to the tracks, then the rest of the folks could listen to the music, too.

Seasonally appropriate EVO fine listening music would be Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas Eve/Sarajevo, IMNSHO.

Very nice picks.

I usually don't post pics of my systems, but here's a look at my HT sub as it was being built. Shortly after moving into our house some years ago, before the minor remodel, I designed (with the help of a couple of associates) a MLTL subwoofer that uses an alcove as its enclosure. In essence, the house, itself, acts as boundary reinforcement. 48 cubic feet, concrete/brick construction, 4" thick constrained-layer baffle, 2x18" Dayton Pro drivers, tuned with a PEQ, and driven by a Samson amp you can arc weld with. The sub will take the garage door of its hinges, literally.

I bet when you mentioned a sub, you didn't think one would be built into the house.
