To much changes the sound of a car.
Exhaust bends, material, material thickness, turbo, intake, manifold, valves, machine work, everything.
You would have to replicate everything they have, or atleast to get close.

Built engine and head + JUN Cams + Apexi Turbo + custom ti exhaust + racing flywheel oughta do it.
Seriously though, many things can change sound. Go to a few meets and listen to people's exhausts on their Evos. If you hear something that has the right tone, ask if they'd mind blipping the throttle a couple of times. You may be able to find close to the sound you seek.
Having been through what I have been through on the exhaust sound, I can say that I will not buy another exhaust without hearing it in person if it is at all possible.

A titanium catback exhaust like a JIC spartan (recommended as it is a full 3") or a Greddy Ti with a tubular manifold and a test pipe along with an aftermarket o2 housing. Also a set of upgraded camshafts like GSC s2's.
