SE front lip?

Sorry if this is a repost, I tried doing a search. I hit a freaking Jackolope and messed up my front lip. If I am going to have to buy another one, will the IX SE lip fit my IX without changing the whole bumper cover? Are they a direct swap?

Anyone who has done this help is appreciated.

It's an OEM direct swap.

It is as long as you have a SE. If not you can't use your undertray without some Jerry rigging with some zip ties, It will bolt up to the bumper directly though.

this is wrong

it will fit, but there are 3 extra pieces needed to attach the SE lip to the undertray. you can get all the parts from www.mitsubishiparts.net.

people always say this, but what do these pieces even look like? nothing against mitsubishiparts, but their pictures/diagrams are horrendous if you don't already know what it is you're looking at (like most car diagrams)

Do most aftermarket lips work with aftermarket undertrays?

Terrible advice, undertrays are there to protect your car.

Not trying to jack the thread here, but I am looking at lips. I have a nice aluminum undertray, and I'd like to be able to still use it with a new lip.

I have a Beatrush undertray and an OEM SE lip. They both work together without issue.

To the OP:

This is everything you need to run an SE lip:
