First of all, sorry for double posting (I have the same video in my $2000 serive thread) but I need answer quick as I need to order parts before my service.

Anyway, which belt is making this annoying noise...

Sounds like a pulley is grinding in the beginning of the video. If it whines louder as you rev, check the balance shaft/ harmonic balancer pulley and belt.

Take the accessory belt off and see if it still makes that noise then go from there.

If I had to take a guess based on your video (sounds like the noise is coming from down low) and my experience, I would say its the auto-tensioner on the accessory belt. When I pulled mine off when I had the engine rebuilt, it was shot.

To get a better idea of where the noise is coming from, if you could take a video while you (or your camera) is underneath the car it may help pinpoint the problem.

Don't run the car with the accessory belt off, your water pump won't run. Bad idea.

Obviously you wouldnt drive around on it, just for a few secs to see if the noise is present. No harm no foul.
