Who has a FP 71 HTA set-up?
Im trying to figure out what kinda numbers and set up people have that run a FP 71 HTA turbo. How do you like it and how well does it spool? Please show dyno graphs/numbers and list set-up. Either on pump or e85 etc... Thanks

I installed one of these on my friend's car. His results weren't that great over an evo 9...lemme find his info real quick
He was at 350/360 on an Evo 8 RS at 30 psi on pump (made 30psi at 3600), HKS272 cams, ported hotside/o2 housing, IC, exhaust, intake. His car wouldn't take any timing or boost so something was going on. It wouldn't run better than the old Evo 9 turbo he had swapped it out for unfortunately. Probably not a good car to run a comparison against but you asked

I have one. Mods are HKS 272's, PTE1000s on E85, exhaust, omni 4 bar, buschur race fmic, running at 30psi. Virtual dyno is reading over 400whp and full spool at 3700 or so.
Holding 25.8 psi at 7200rpm as well...

No it was street tuned, but i had a major boost leak that i just fixed. I also had issues with my idle, took my throttle body apart and found out that it was never fully closing. Cleaned it all up and my car runs so much better. So now its time for a real tune on a dyno.
