To illuminate the Brake light on the instrument cluster what has to be activated
  • ABS Module / Parking Brake
  • Fluid Reservoir
  • ?? (Drawn in Red)

If I understand correctly when these wires are not grounded or Open the light illuminates? Is that Correct?

Yes, I'm trying to understand the system a little better to see where to start looking.

If the brake light is on it can be that your pads are getting down there, in turn lowering the level of fluid in the reservoir and triggering the light.

Add a lil brake fluid to reservoir and see if light goes away.

1. I hate electrical stuff, so perhaps this is wrong... but is it the ACD switch?

2. Well... there is no 2 really.
