But the majority of the 4.0" guys require trimming or removal of the bumper beam. I imagine it's the same with the 3.8"

The only intercooler we say fits for sure is the 3.0" and the 3.5"

We really don't like to even sell the Garrett intercoolers, the Garrett's always leak from the factory and take a ton of time fixing to get them to hold pressure to our specs.

I finally made it fit. Kakaka. I use smaller spacers for the two ends of the tank. Put some thick rubber covering metal pipes that touch tank. Kaka. That shop installed my intercooler didn't even try to make it fit for me. I hate half *** job.

For my 3.8" Garrett I had to dremel those tabs down pretty close to the nut. Also had to take the grinder to a few spots here and there on the crash bar but it seems to fit fine.

Glad you got it...my 4.0 fit fine with very minor trimming but the crash beam touches the core just barely, not causing any issues though.

Awesome! Spoke with him on the phone today. Glad to see everything went smoothly once you did it your self. Sometimes that is all it takes.
