boost fluttering

Just wondering what everybody else thinks...

soo... right now i have an APS IC and an Injen intake w/ lower and upper IC piping now the lower piping doesnt match up with the intercooler so whats happening is the pipe is at an angle to the straight IC end..
so i have the regular cuplnks 3' and ive changed the clamps to Tclamps and torqued the heck out of it.. now when i press the gas down and get my boost to aroud 23-24 psi the boost flutters like on the freeway im wondering if its just the wind? or cuz some of the air is seeping out of the piping? or can it be my bov? cuz ive also got a aps bov that is apparently fluttering instead of making a straight swoosh sound..

let me know what you all think please!! thanks!!

if it flutters at wot usually the bov spring is set too tight, try loosening it up a thread to two threads, retest see if it gets better.
good luck
i have a type rs and mine is set a little stiff which sucks for partial throttle and idle, but holds perfect at wot.
