Oil pan gasket.
I had the same dripping as you. I thought it was those lines until I saw some oil on the lower tb cover.
The oil pan gasket is pretty easy to do
You need to remove the dp, starter, center brace and a few other little bits. There's like 20 little bolts once those are removed I used a thin chisel to begin prying it off.
Once removed clean the block and oil pans so there's no sealant left put some rtv with a small bead on the pan. Let it set for 60 seconds then mount it on the block.
Get every bolt in then start torquing them.
Note two bolts are shorter and go on the timing cover side.

Remove your timing belt cover and look for oil around your camshaft seals (these also tend to go bad). I had the same looking leak as you and found out my camshaft seals were bad. Oil was leaking and making its way down the block to the oil pan and oil cooler lines as you described. GL
