delay at start...cant find problem

Okay I've had a new starter, new ignition switch, and new battery put in and every now and then there is still a 1-2 second delay when I turn the key. It stopped for a while after each new part was put in but it's doing it again. Anyone else having this problem..? Any thoughts on what the problem is..? Thanks.

The only things left in the starter circuit are the starter relay and the clutch switch. Also, make sure the spade connection at the starter is clean and tight.
