How to maintain the turbo?

I am new in turbo cars. How to maintain the turbo? How long would the turbo last if I don't drive it aggressively?

Also, how ofen would an EVO and Raillart require an oil change?

If you don't beat on it, the turbo will last the life of the car. If you beat on it, it still might

Aim for 3k mile oil changes, only use synthetic. If you want even more security and piece of mind for the turbo, pick an oil with a high zinc additive package.

1.) dont beat on it 24/7 running full boost at all times , dont run higher bosst then the turbo can handle ,

2.) IMPORTANT !! DONT NOT SHUT OF THE CAR AT ONCE , WHEM BEEN PUSHING HARD . = the mainbold and turbo glowing red = exhust temp more then 500*C celcius

3.) eaven if the exhust temp is 500*c and you been running hard a bit , the oil temp at the turbo is extremly hot , and make shure to run the car on idle 1 minut ore 3, before shuting it if ,

Just to make it cool down a bit , iv been runing tackdays , street raceing .. pushing har whit 1.2 bar and i always let the car cool down , sometimes even more then 10 minutas when the ext temp = 800*C
how
And my turbo is just as good as new , the baering axel is en perfect condition

As mentioned, if you've been boosting just before arriving to your destination, let the car idle for a couple of minutes before shutting it off. Ideally I just take it easy before arriving so I just give it a few seconds. If you're always beating on the car and don't want to sit in the car while it cools down, consider a turbo timer.
