Check this thread Base lancer to Evo parts Compatability thread

See Post #'s 81 and 97 (respectively)

For Evo front end you will need just that, the whole front end.
Bumper, Hood, Fenders, Radiator Support, Headlights, and other Misc. items.
evo battery tray doesnt completely fit only the trans mount holes line up but theres no rear studs like the evo has under the fuse box therefore you need to drill a hole in it for a 3rd bolt...

-the trunk is a direct swap

-intercooler is a direct swap with a few mods or removing the crash bar and a
custom bracket for the upper mount

-evo fuel pump is direct fit along with filter sock (anyone that fits the lancer will fit the evo including walbro)

-the evo hood will bolt on but it wont match up to the stock hood latch , im pretty sure it'll clear the fenders though

-evo washer tank will fit if you cut the extra metal in the corner behind the headlight.

-evo tb will fit just need to rewire the tps and ditch the cruise, make sure you put the t/b gasket on right for use without cruise(theres 2 ways it can go on one for cruise one for without)

-evo rad brackets will fit

-evo steering wheel will fit

-evo fenders fit need the core support though to do it right, side skirts wont fit

thats as far as Ive gotten

Depending on how bad it is... I had my Evo on a frame machine with a bent rad support and had it straightened quite easily.

I would try to salvage mine but car got clipped sideways on the nose and bent it too much. I could prob get it back straight mostly but the metal would be stressed to much to get back straight. Figured it would be easier and look alot better with a new support. Looks like evo's have there own supports lol. Where is the best deals on the evolution supports?
