I have a set of RAs on my GG. Visually, they're not very noticeable and they function very well. There's probably a thread in S&S with pics.
Edit: If your car sits as low as it looks in your profile, I wouldn't suggest the RAs. Hell, if it sits as low as it looks in your profile, what's with the mudflaps to begin with?

If you search around there are plenty of pics of cars with mudflaps. I have the rally armor ones and I think they are great. They work great and look great. Check the show and shine section.

yes there are lot of pics floating around of evos with mudflaps. I have some rally armors ones on my car. work great for keeping debris from stickying to a fleshly washed evo. Also i have a jdm rear so it gives that low squared off look to the rear . Also hides the fact that i have small 235 series tires, which is not a good look with a jdm rear. good luck

if you are lowered more than swift springs, dont get the hard flaps from rallyarmor. i'm on swift sport and mine will scrape barely over some speed bumps. Since they're hard flaps there's no give to them
they do keep the car much cleaner

You can also go to Ikea and get these plastic cutting boards.
http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50153123/
Just trace a pattern of a mudflap you want and go to a hardware shop to get the hardware you need.
There thin flexible plastic and work quite well.
