At the very minimum you'll need a new dash and probably a LHD steering rack assy. You'll have to check if anything is different in the engine bay that would give you issues with swapping the steering over. I have no idea how the pedals are mounted, but you'd have to look into what it takes to swap them over.
I was eyeballing a RHD RX7 back when they were allowed in Quebec, but the swap to LHD just wasn't worth the cost. That was because you couldn't just swap the steering racks, you had to move a whole bunch of things that were in the way.

Yes... but thats a rhd car as well..
I already plan on dash/steering rack/lhd hid headlight housings/pedals...
Can anyone verify if the brake master are in different places rhd vs lhd?

I don't know the details of an Evo RHD/LHD conversion, but on Hondas the best method is to source a front clip and have it welded onto your car. Swaps like this are pretty common with Honda/Acura and Nissans.
If you're looking to convert it for the sake of making it legal, you should probably look into your local laws regarding this. In the USA, what you're talking about doing could be very illegal if not done properly.
