Engine damper

thats weird man, mine shifts at 8k, all day for about the past 35k no problem. If your having issues with shifting into 2nd,you mightve either jacked up the synchro in the trans a bit, or, replace your underhood shiftcable bushings, should help some.

What clutch are you using? Single disk clutches are known to not like high RPM power shifting. Might be time for a twin disk. Or you can start by installing a stainless braided line and removing the restrictor from the slave cylinder. That'll give you a reason to refill and rebleed the master as well. All of which should help, and if it doesnt then you know it's time for another clutch.

Single disk exedy stage 2. Car came with it. And also already has a SS clutch line.
This clutch shutters like crazy on take off. I'm not a fan of it. But it launches very well and holds well. Just low RPM take off is terrible. I'm gonna ride it out for another year then get a exedy twin clutch.

I had high rpm lockout and I got underhood bushings, then an ingalls damper...then a front motor mount and it was fixed. It vibrates a little, but it just makes the car feel more alive.
