You really don't NEED the intercooler, and piping if your not doing WOT pull one after another, to heat soak the stocker, but a good 3.5-4" will be able to handle nearly whatever you want to throw at it. But as of right now a LICP (lower IC pipe) at minimum would be your best bet as far as piping goes.
For E85 *minimum* just for the fuel side alone.
Injectors (880cc but bigger is better, as long as the tuner is good)
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Thats all you really need is bigger injectors, and a fuel pump to run E85. The rest of the mods. and boost levels is completely up to you.

ok so far i have
1. 272 comp cams
2.lower IC pipe from Vibrant
3. K@N air filter
4. 3 in stainless exhaust with no cat
5. a good tune from a well known dude.
My family owns a repair shop and we just got a 4WD dyno so I'm good for tuning
i will be using cobb and will be tuned for the new fuel.
My power with these mods and my current tune is 347Hp to the ground
my Et at the track is 13.10 at 108mph =thats at that was at 5000 plus feet of air and it was 94 degrees out side it sucked

So you have:
Stock turbo, cams, LICP, 3" turbo back, and a drop in filter.
First, any reason your only running 20lbs. of boost? Most of us on here that are still on the stock turbo run usually between 23-25lbs. Your peak HP gains won't be huge of a difference but you'll gain quite a bit of low end torque. But anyways.
#1 thing on your list should definitely be a better BOV. The Evo 8 and their plastic BOV's start leaking around or a little higher than your current boost level. And once you start running E85 and cranking up the boost the stock plastic one simply won't hold as well. I would upgrade to at minimum a Evo 9 bov which is metal, and can hold boost a lot better and can be "crushed" to hold a little more.
Second after reading your mods. it probably would be good to upgrade the IC itself. You really don't need a UICP because it flows well, and with a aftermarket piece you may gain a little power but is more visually pleasing than anything.
Also if you don't have one, get a WB02 (wide band 02 sensor) because you'll be running different A/F ratio's between, I'm assuming 93oct. and E85.
So, you'll need:
Better BOV
Intercooler
WB02
Injectors (880cc or above)
Fuel pump (didn't see it in the list)
And when you run E85 light the wick a little and run around 30psi! I would say that should net you somewhere around 400whp after the correct, correction factor.

intercooler
So anyone know of anyone who has a 4 in thick ets front mount for sale. cause thats what id like to run cause eventually I'm going new crank pistons and rods and way way more boost.

I would go with a set of plug and play FIC injectors. The intercooler is a must for consistency and allowing you to run more timing with no knock in 3rd gear. This will be a must during higher RPM pulls
Thanks!

I've also got an'05 evo 8 with like the exact same mods, and also my next purchase will be an ets fmic probably 3 1/2 in and some injectors I'm already running a walbro 255. U have to be tapping ur stock fuel pump out, cause from what I've heard the stock evo 8 pumps don't really flow enough fuel to make much more power than where ur at right now.....
