Your mod path could be a lot better. Please visit the newbie forum. Intake - any of the proven ones like Perrin, blox, amsoil, buschur. Stay away from the CAI since you have to relocate the I/C sprayer and because it makes for more lag due to the longer piping. Fuel rail wasn't needed but that's already done. Might want to reinforce the welds/add a bracket the Megan to prevent cracking. Look into a true 3"downpipe with a flex section, lower I/C pipe and a great set of cams like S2 or Kelfords or FP4. Along with a great FMIC and 93 octane, you should hit 375whp while maxing out your injectors.

wow thanks for the information i'll be sure to use it. the only reason i have the megan exhaust mani is because the previous owner had it on their and i meant aem fuel pressure regulator not fuel rail hahah. yeah ive been looking at the evo modding for dummies a lot and others but still havent decided my exact route i wanna go. any ideas on how u went about urs

I don't really regret any of my mods. I have everything I recommended to you but aren't limited to just those. Aside from the power, throttle response is great. If I could start completely over, I would have just a full TBE, cams, lower i/c pipe, and tune. Money saved would go towards really light wheels and AMS carbon roof. I really hate the extra weight on top.
