Condensation/water usually builds up in the exhaust which then tends to rust quickly from the inside. Not sure what kind of exhaust you have though.
I won't be driving my Evo for about a month, and have an A'pexi N1 exhaust (pretty big), should I put something over it to cover it?

I specifically moved into an apartment complex with garages to rent. So mine can be in the garage.

Need to add to the Choices -
"Will be"
"Won't be"

Then I can vote Will be.
The slocus will stay outside as a beater should, unless the Evo goes to the back garage under the mr2 for a short stay. Some days it's just nice to have the beater not too hot or cold from being outside.

garaged here in chicago. If I had snow tires, I'd drive it in winter, (4wd cars on snow tires are SO much fun) but I would still garage it. No one likes cleaning snow and ice off a car, it also warms up much faster. But at the moment, I have 3 cars, a 2-car garage. Anyone want to buy a 92 integra?

Garage kept, I'm glad I live in Tx and can drive her year round. Except this week it might sleet and snow which means I can't drive it because I have no winter tires.....oh well got the Eclipse for snow duty

my car isnt kept in a garage and it certainly snows its fair share here in new york.. by keeping it out in the snow or what not, damage can be done? i start the car up everyday for almost 20 mins since i dont have any snow tires for it yet so i dont drive it much this winter although next winter ill have tires

but by keeping it out in the snow, rain or what not im risking the chance of the car being damaged? no right?

My car is always garaged no matter what. I wont buy an Evo if I dont have a garage. Its just the place I used to live in are full of thiefs and vandalism, I dont want my Evo to get vandalize at all. I treat my Evo as it was my baby. It needs her own room too to sleep and keep her warm.

Live in Florida and it is still garage kept. I want to keep her out of the sun when she is not in use. Why is it that in America people keep $30,000 cars out on the street and useless worthless crap that you MIGHT need one day in the garage.

I also hate people that convert garages into spare bedrooms... Just get a bigger house in the first place instead of spending thousands of dollars to convert a garage. Your gonna spend the same amount of money in the long run anyway.

Outside

My car is outside. I cover it when I know it's going to snow overnight. This is my daily driver and I am enjoying it.

Forget babying a car. Clean or not, a 2003 Evo will be a five year-old hasbeen in 2008. Have fun in your car and then move on.

Yes I have a garage but the M3 takes it... Evo is on the driveway.

I wish I had a 3 car garage :-(
