I give up, no speed shops in So.Italy
Forum, I'm giving up on finding a place to get my car tuned here in So.Italy. There are no dynos, no speed shops, (h3LL) I can't even get Diaqueen from a dealership out here. It's like finding water in a desert. So, I'm resorting to self-tuning. I have some parts that I want to put on but was holding off until I found a tuner. Looks like I'M THE TUNER lol. I'm not scared and I'm pretty methodical about stuff. I mentioned doing this myself before but was swayed by some big talk on the forum.
The entire time I've been reading and asking questions. I'm confident that I can do it. I'm going to get the EvoScan 1.3R USB Datalog/Flash cable. I was going to go with Tactrix but this costs less and does the same thing. The only thing I'm iffy on with tuning is Injector Duty Cycles but that's what I'm getting smart on right anyways. Wish me luck (I'll be asking millions of questions in the tuning section).

Remote (email) Tune:
Diaqueen fluids are what the evos in the states use. You'll find that other countries will have different fluids (or the same fluid with different names). The fluids I'm recommended by Mitsubishi here in New Zealand for my JDM IX are Mistubishi MSL. (I don't use them, but those are the factory recommendations from dealers).

Just get a remote tune like others suggested.
Tom from TSCOMPTUNED is one of the best tuners you will find.
I'm from Belgium and there are several places here where I could get tuned but prices are nothing short of insane!
I contacted 2 places and both quoted me around 1700$!!!! for a tune.
Best thing is they could only guarantee me around +40bhp (not even whp), the rest would depend on my setup.
The is no way I am ever going to pay that much money for that little extra power so I went the remote tune route aswell

Yes I am on a boosted tuning tune. I love it, have been with Jay a few years and he is very good at what he does, and an all around nice guy. Consider him a good friend, and you should too!
