Leaking Oil

Hey guys,
So I just recently bought and 2003 evo 8 with around 60k miles on it. And I have been going through doing the fluids and have come to find it has an oil leak. But only seems to be leaking while the car is running. Any suggestions to what possibly could be the source of the leak?

It seems to be from the oil pan, but can see no noticeable cracks or damage. checked the oil filter and drain plug and doesnt seem to be coming from either of those locations. But the leak is no higher than the oil pan itself so that seems to be the source.

Get a can of brake clean, remove all the existing oil on the outside of the engine, start it up and see where it's coming from.

I am replacing my rear output seal on the transfer case due to mine leaking. Could check that.
