cold start issues

I am also having this issue. Bought this evo bout a year ago with this issue. And previous owner said some evos just have quirks. It was previously turned but I've yet to see it. I have evoscan now just dont know how to use it really. I've changed the engine coolant temp sensor and the iacv. Nothing has changed. I've messed with the tps and biss screw. Still nothing. Tps and iacv both seem to be good. Havent done a boost least yet tho. Has anyone resolved this. I'm pretty close to stock.

Mods are:
3in tomei exhaust
jd coil packs
Ets air intake

Do a boost leak to be sure that's not the issue, then make bloody sure it's not TPS or IACV, THEN post your tune (and some logs) up in the right spot to see if any of the guys who actually know this stuff chime in. I do not recommend changing anything in your tune if you dunno WTF yer doin'. Good luck!

cek your vacum selenoid fpr
first try to start with uninstall the vacum line to fpr
