Get a book leak tester. Mellon Racing sells them and they are like $100. As far as not going fast enough, maybe you're expecting too much or cant drive. Hope this helps

Search "boost leak" and you will learn a lot. I just did a boost leak check on my car last week for the first time: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...k-results.html

What he said.

There are a bunch of threads. You can make one for really cheap. I made one myself and I'm going to be testing once I get a chance.

First off op you need to SEARCH! first a simple keyword of "boost leak" will tell you all you need to know.

Forget mellon for a $100 for a leak tester thats ridiclous, BUY THIS if you want to save the hassle or dont know how or make one yourself. This tester is quality worked VERY well for me and helped me find a bunch of leaks. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED

They also make ones for 4inch inlets and so on for guys running bigger turbos.

Honestly im not trying to knock Mellon Racing I have alot of respect for them since they help out alot of people including myself. Its obvious the op does not have the knowledge enough to build one himself so I would get the boostleak tester and fine and air compressor do this when the car is cold or your going to burn yourself.

Then attach the air compressor to the boostleak tester and apply air through the valvestem but remember make sure that boostleak tester is equiped with t-bolt clamps or its gonna pop off the clamps and that **** will probably hurt. Then while its on and air is applied in the system listen for slight leaks or hissing sounds coming from the piping. If there are leaks in the system if the couplers are damaged replace them. The stock clamps dont work so try to get tbolt clamps if you can help it.

+1 ^^

Mellon Racing is good stuff but the $30 eBay tester works just fine. I did a boost leak test with one similiar to the one for sale above. Worked perfectly. Yes, when it arrived, I realized I could have made one myself but $30 was a small price to not have too.

make one for 15$ and find the issue. I made one from parts at Lowe's for about that price and people have done it much cheaper. If it makes the car that terrible i would think that a coupler has completly come off or the FPR hose has came off. Go to the plumping section of Lowe's, measure your intake pipe inside diameter and find a coupler that is close, then just find the combination that will close off the coupler (reducer, etc), pvc glue, and a valve them to intall or an air hose coupler however you want to do it.
