Help for all the noises
I used this stuff on my 2000 Eclipse GT and it worked great, just ordered some for the EVO. I used the brown bead and the v-comp. Should help cut down on a lot of the noise.

I don't mean to be rude but why? There are plenty of performance-oriented cars that have much lower noise levels due to factory-installed sound deadening material. The fact that the Evo has very little sound deadening material makes good sense to me.
a) The stuff add non-trivial weight
b) The stuff keeps me from hearing the engine/exhaust/tranny
If anything starts going wrong on the track, I wanna hear it so that I can react, not crank up the radio so I can drown out the noise.
