This seems to happen a lot, they should have to check if the vehicle is AWD or not before towing because this would save a lot of hassles on both ends. Hopefully they just give it up and pay you man, keep us posted.

You're assuming they care. Most towing companies don't care, and plenty of tow truck drivers actually enjoy breaking peoples cars.

That's why Vivid only uses ONE tow company. They're a very small operation, and the owner is an automotive enthusiast. He's a good guy too. If you're in AZ, check out Delta Towing.

 

Holy crap this happened to me!!! i blew a bearing out on the highway on the way to work. the insurance towed it w/o me while i was working. but when i showed up at the shop i told them. They didnt have the back dollied. so the tow company had to pay for new trans and t-case. lol crazy!
