Ghetto catch can

I remembered this little trick from my GSX days, and after seeing how dirty my intake was from the oil I decided to at least slow it down a little until I can decide on which can i actually want to buy. Leaning towards the Buschur can but still not sure. Has anyone else done this to their evo's? When I did it to the Eclipse it collected a lot of oil and kept the intake fairly clean so I figured i'd give it a shot.

I'm using a Kobalt air compressor filter on my Altima. Anything is better nothing when it comes to keeping oil out of the intake tract.

Hey I used to use the exact same thing for months on end until I decided to finally do it right. They work well but you need to keep an eye on it and replace it often.

I clicked on this thread expecting the worst and was really surprised. I would have done the same thing in a pinch.

Nothing is more ghetto than a hose ran to a coolant jug
