How Many 03's Are Left?
#46
Maybe I'm crazy but I enjoy pushing things to their limits and figuring out how to make them perform better.

I'm the OG' owner of my 03 BBY.
I bought it off the showroom floor of Rockville Mitsubishi (MD) in Aug that year with 30 miles on the clock before I took my first trip to the "sand box". Since then she has been all up and down the East coast from PA to FL, Belgium to include most of Eastern Europe(Germany, Holland, France, Spain... awesome race tracks in all of these places BTW. Then to Kansas to include Missouri and Illinois before being trucked over to Orlando. So she now resides in the (SouthEast) with about 80K on the clock and a laundry list of mods. Still on the original block, T-case(not much longer... I got the death whine) and tranny though. I'M NEVER GETTING RID OF THIS CAR.

What's the point of owning an evo if you don't abuse it? If you aren't breaking stock parts and replacing them with better/stronger parts you must be doing something wrong.

How about this, sell yours' then try to buy one again like yours again.I bet you it will be so hard to find one not abused to death or crashed.I drive mine hard but don't abuse it from launches and slamming every gear racing myself.Note to self "not to ever buy your car".

Open diff sucked, so I installed an oem LSD from Mitsu.. Don't have enough drive time with ACD equipped Evo's to know if I'm missing out. On paper, I prefer mechanical setups - I like to be the driver.

You sure you don't want it? I wouldn't hesitate to sell for the right price. Lol
650/550 is a f****** riot being a daily driver. Not to mention it looks almost stock and is quiet...until the dump opens of course. The look on people's faces never seems to get old.

Millionth Owner (Car was a serious hoe).
Bought the car for what I thought was a good deal. Car fell apart. I rebuilt said car from the ground up and saved it. I'm to the point where I want a new cluster so it really feels like a new car.
