your first problem is linking to that forum to someone who prolly knows less than you.... Your second problem is the guy in that thread and you don't understand the difference in when to differentiate when a vibration is happening. Understand if the balance shaft, and timing belt are off, the car will do it at idle, and free revving, as well as on load. If you understand the basics of troubleshooting you would understand this.
You think you know it all yet when you have a problem that you obviously cannot diagnose you ask for opinions when someone gives their opinion you start abusing them .
have you checked the balance belt or do you even know how to , i work on these every day and i can guarantee you that i have forgotten more about evos than you would ever hope to know .

I was actually trying to give direction to the responses, as they were going off in the wrong direction.... Then you replied and made yourself look stupid. Sorry but you did it to yourself.
