Mini Battery kit, which one do i pick?

I have been looking at mini batteries and kits for awhile.

Is anyone using a JM Fabrications tray for an Odyssey PC925 battery?

OR.....

Have FiD battery tray / kit for PC925?

If so, I know you need to have the battery terminals, BUT..
1) Does the stock wiring work or do you need extensions?
2) Does the factory bolt holes work to mount the new tray?

Thanks in advance!!

If you want to run a short route UICP you'll need an after market tray or to at least cut the stock one. I bought a braille 11.5lb battery because I live in alaska and wanted the most cold cranking amps I could get from a small battery, that is the braille (at least more than the 680). Problem is no one makes a tray for the evos and the braille, so I had to use a universal tray and make it work. (Came out great if you ask me).

JMFAB and the pc680 or 925 will work fine. just make sure if your going to have the car sitting that you disconnect the battery. Draining a small battery down all the way can kill its lifespan. As far as terminals, the ones that came with my braille worked fine, I imagine the jmfab kit should be fine as well. On the pc680 I think you'll have to extend the pos+ terminal to reach, on the 925 I'm not sure since its a little different, but most likely have to extend one or the other. On my braille I had to extend the neg- termm, which is cake.

Hope this helps

Right now lol I'm still on a mini batt. I found that EFI battery tray on line and in works of getting it so I can go up to the smallest standered battery. I think they put them in the new si or Kia? But when winter hit I need a battery with more cracking amps because it can get really cold here.

I live in pa so that is why I am leaning towards the odyssey PC925 and not the odyssey PC680. The 925 has double cca. I think fhat efi tray is expensive right?

I have the ETS mini and its great. I was in school for about 7 hours one day, with the outside temp being abot 30-45 degrees and it started right up. After everyone said mini batteries dont like the cold at ALL! Its started my car in 10 degree weather. But my car wasnt outside for 7 hours. More along the lines of 2 hours
