Look at your vacuum reading when your car is idling. Then look up the psi chart on the tial website, and it will tell you what spring you need. I had the 11psi spring which is yellow I believe. Not to sure, I'd have to look at the chart.

I'd go with the tial over stock but I would go with the synapse over the tial. The synapse stays a little open at idle (so you still need to recirc it) which helps with throttle response off boost, but it holds boost better than the stock unit. Pure win IMO.

I like both the AMS and ETS. I personally own the ETS. I like AMS' cast end tanks. I know the ETS 4" fits behind the stock crash bar. You cant go wrong with either, just a matter of preference IMHO. Both great companies. ETS just happens to be in my backyard.

I like Buschur Racing. IMO they're the best there is. But that subject is highly debatable.

+1 on ETS; have them use the 3.8" Garrett core for the IC.

I personally have the ETS 3.8" Garrett Core and I love it. Garrett, which is part of Honeywell is a billion dollar company so I think they have a tad bit more money to invest in their core design
