Oil return line gasket install
how the heck am I supposed to install this gasket (Turbo to line) if I try and lay the turbo in the car and slide the gasket in I can't ever get it to line up, If I try and rest the gasket on the line then place the turbo on it, it just falls off.

Turbo is out of the car, right? If the turbo is out of the car and up on your workbench then it should be easy.
Disconnect oil return line at the oil pan. Now, install the oil line onto the turbo while they are both up on your workbench. Install turbo with oil return line pre-attached into the engine bay. Reconnect oil return line to the oil pan.
It seems too easy to me. So, probably I did not understand your question.

I usually use a really thin layer of gray RTV sealant to help hold it on the pan then pull the return line up and onto the gasket. I hold it in place so it doesn't move the gasket while installing the bolts. I always install the metal turbo drain/turbo gasket out of the car and never needed RTV on that one.
