Someone please help me, 2 days ago this noise has started and i have no idea what it is and im scared to drive the car with it. It happens after i start my car, usually after a minute it happens. The first two days it didnt it once and went away and now today it keeps happening while im driving. It only last a few seconds and goes away, so i can't ever look under the hood to see where its coming from.

Need more information. Does it happen when accelerating, cruse, decell, turning the steering wheel? Does it only happen when the a/c is on? Does it happen when pushing in the clutch?

It will do it idling in the driveway, moving back and forward. Nothing specific now, ac doesn't make it happen. Does it clutch engaged or not.
Kinda thought it was the ps pump but it did it for a brief second today while the hood was popped and kinda sounded to be on the tranny side of the engine

How loud is it, it's kinda hard to tell from that video. My buddy has an Evo IX that made a similar noise, and it turned out that it was just excessively noisy Throw out bearings. Aside from the noise, the car was ok. Might be worth checking out.

Better not be since its doesnt even have 1000 miles on it yet. Im gonna be furious if i just spent $1500 on a clutch job and the tob is **** already

Could a boost leak cause a howl like that? I have lost 5 psi of boost

not gunna lie, if it really sounds like a whistle tip, it could mean it's the sound of air. so some sort of leak, or even turbo issue.

completely uneducated guess.
