Not here to bash STM, they're a great shop and I've ordered from them many times.. But my last purchase from them was a mess.. I ordered 4 items from them and ended up receiving 3 different packages from them. Took 34 days to receive the last package.

The thing that ticked me off a bit was that I wasn't notified at all that they didn't have 2 of the items in stock. I had to contact them to find out what was going on.. So I feel your pain OP..

 

I've ordered from them numerous times in the past. One time stood out over the rest. Long story short they dropped the ball. They did give me a partial refund of $65 from my purchase to ease the situation.

So upon my last order (April-ish of this year), things went great.

I feel your pain also. Sometimes injector seals are the difference of having your car done or not and people here need to realize that also. Hope you get your stuff soon.

 

the joys of drop shipping

 

Ah, drop shipping. I've had nothing but issues with drop shipments. Massive multi week delays getting stuff shipped. The wrong items turning up, including the wrong timing belt in a timing belt kit. These mistakes put me back weeks if not months because the stuff is being shipped to Australia. These issues are with some of the "big" vendors on EvoM.
The question is do any of the vendors here keep any stock on hand or do all of them drop ship the majority of their sales?
