STM customer service/ship times...
I ordered from them mon night, and havent heard anything. I emailed and called. Didnt get an answer so i left a message, still nothing. I just want an update. Its beginning to **** me off. Shouldnt take a week to get injector seals from NY to TN.

Try to be patient. I've dealt with STM many times over the years (as have a lot of members on this forum). STM is one of the best venders out there. Yeah, I know its its tough when you're waiting to get your car back together, and you're probably climbing the walls, but they won't let you down. The very few delays I've experienced weren't their fault.

patience will b ur best bet, i ordered a downpipe from them once and it took over a week to get, mainly becuz they vendor they ordered from took forever, its not there fault, if u really wanna knw the progress of it call them and ask, there a great bunch of people up there

I ordered my turbo kit and ic piping from them on separate occassion's and didn't ask for any tracking info and both times the items shipped earlier than initially quoted. Just give them a call and Justin or Gleason will take care of you.

Or perhaps a PM to Emery, justin or brian would get you furthur. Coming on here and posting threads like this arent the way to go about it. I hate to break it to you but you aren't their only customer. I, like many others on here, have dealt with Emery and all of the crew at STM on multiple occasions and they always go WAY above and beyond what is expected. STM and Buschur are THE only vendors I purchase through and they have always been great.

ive made probably 20+ purchases with them and they do take longer to ship and send a tracking number probably more than all the other companies out there that ive ordered from (AMS, MAP, ER, lancershop) but i keep ordering from them because they price match, have awesome customer service, and i like the way they run their shop too.
if you call or email ive always gotten quick responses from them, but the time from when i send a payment to when i get a tracking number is longer than usual

The only time I couldn't get a hold of them over the phone to ask for status on parts I ordered was when the shop was closed since they all went to a meet. Like what the others said, PM them & I'm sure they'll get back to you as soon as they can.

You are ordering parts from one of the most busiest shops out there. They have been going to the track alot and its only been a week since you ordered. You ordered injector seals for crying out loud. Its only been 1 week. Jeez, give them a break.
