I know I need the following
Injectors - 1000cc
Licp
Exhaust
I have a 9 turbo
Air filter
Fuel pump
Etc...

Do I need to replace these to hit my goal
Intercooler
Uicp
Intake to turbo
Stock manifold

Kinda new to this everyone wants 500hp but Indont want to mess with meth and e85 it's limited to where im located

 

450 on pump and 9 turbo isn't going to happen most likely. A lot of people do close to and around 400whp with 9 turbo and bolts ons. You will def need a intake

 

Search the Dyno section a lot of pump 9 turbo set ups. Give you a good guess

 

450whp is only possible with E85 for the stock IX turbo, my friend.

 

I guess max out my 9 turbo so 400 sounds good to me I'll look in that thread

 

Curious, how come you don't want to use meth?

 

Want to make power-- you have to upgrade these parts.

Stock 9 turbo on pump gas? With those mods your looking at more like 340whp I'd say.

 

I don't know how to tune or install that not that advanced

Are you talking about mustang Dyno? Because there are plenty of 390-400 whp cars on pump dynojet numbers..

 

I'd say at least cams and/or e85 are needed for 400

 

you can easily see 400whp with e85, cams, exhaust, intake, injectors, mbc, front mount, and upper and lower intercooler pipe. some porting of the turbo and 02 housing would also give you a few extra hp

 

cams, bigger fmic, upper ic pipe, and porting are not needed. e85, injectors, intake, exhaust, and boost controller is all thats needed for 400whp.

 

OP is not going to have E85. He will need cams, fmic upgrade, and some porting. I agree with the exhaust, possibly straight pipe.

Also, the numbers people are throwing around on here are probably dynojet numbers. Mustang dyno numbers will be much lower. Don't worry though, the car will feel very fast and pull hard.
