Fixing a cracked valve cover

Has anyone tried fixing a cracke valve cover, if so how did you do it

That is an easy one. You go and find someone who has another one and you buy it. Being the vc is magnesium its gonna be hard to fix.

Where exactly is it cracked? Quality high temperature epoxy will go a long ways.
Out of curiosity, where in WY are you located?

and by magnesium he means its an Mag/aluminum alloy, it actually can be welded from someone who knows what they are doing.

You sir are 100% correct . I was looking at buying a cracked one till I found a guy who said he could weld it and found out the price.

Id definately replace it, but if you need a quick temp fix, try JB weld.
