AS Evo IX History

I'm trying to get a tune on my car soon and I need to know some things about my car before I do so. I bought an Apex Silver Evo IX last December from a small dealership who obviously knew very little about this car. I have been learning a lot about this car but still have a lot of questions. I know how Evo guys are and the chances of somebody on here knowing more about this car than me is very likely. I was wondering if I could get some help figuring out if there's been internal work, fuel pumps, tunes, mistakes prior owners made. Anything would help. This is what I know:

It was stock until it was registered in western Kentucky which was at about 25k miles where it got most of it's mods. Then the owner sold it in Big Stone Gap, VA

These are the mods I've seen
Injen piping
Injen intake
Stock intercooler with stock couplers
Stock turbo
Turbosmart manual boost controller
Invidia ram horn header and O2 Housing
Wrapped header
3" full Greddy(?) exhaust with test pipe
3 gauge pillar with A/F, voltmeter and oil press. all GlowShift (Thanks for half-assing the gauges)
Defi boost gauge on single gauge steering column pod
15% tint on all 4 windows (checked by Va beach police and double checked by Hanover police), back window and a bar on top of windshield.
No vortex generator
No front bumper license plate mount

Again, if anybody can help, I'd greatly appreciate it

Internal work - Can't really find out too much about that unless you start pulling the motor apart, but a good start would be pulling the valve cover off and seeing if there's any new springs/cams/retainers or even valves. It's also not a bad idea to check it out and see if it's sludged up.

Fuel pump - Takes literally 10-15 mins to get in and take the fuel pump out. Check it out!

Old tunes - As far as I know, you wont really be able to tell until someone gets into it with a computer.

Mistakes - Everyone makes mistakes, you just gotta look high and low and see if you can spot any. Usually seeing some dried up JB weld means that somebody made a mistake
