Check out the drag section, better responses there. MPH will tell a lot more than your 60 in terms of what the car is capable of.

Have you gotten it dynoed? You can look at the power band in detail and switch gears on the sweet spot. You dont want to dig too high on RPMs when you are not Peaking up there. In AWD cars the launch determines everything. Try practicing your launches. When you race race by yourself. Don't go on the green take your time, time starts ticking when you leave the line and not in green.

Yes it dynoed at little over 600. And my peak is at 6200 or so. My biggest issue is how big my turbo is its hard to keep it boosted

Do you have a 2 step tune? If not at what rpm are you launching? On my 2 step launch its at 6,500 RPM and boosting 6 pounds with no strain.

Well what size turbo you running?? If it's decent size 5700 and 5 psi is too low, explains your delayed reaction and poor 60 ft personally I'd have your tuner set you at 6k rpms and build at least 10 psi off the line... That combined with learning to preload your drivetrain, should help with your launch n 60 ft times which will help your trap speed and time at the end. Good luck

That is part of the problem. Turn your 2-step up. I run mine at about 6200rpm. I have a HTA 3582 on the stock block. There was a thread on how to run 11's with minimal mods that recommended to have it at 6500rpm on the stock turbo.

I can't remember if mostwanted made the thread or not. That guy can drive though.

What are you shifting at? Have you tried the NLTS to keep the turbo spooled between gears?

Good advice right there. I also noticed you launch at 6500rpm as well.

It needs to less than a sec or so. I sort of stutter step it out. I let off quickly and feel the clutch engage, watch my rpm drop to about 5000, then stop momentarily before fully releasing to make it slip/grab again as I let the clutch out all the way. Every thing happens very fast. So its hard to explain.
