Sorry to bring old thread back. I've been having this same problem lately. I've had a turbo back set up for quite some time with no issues, but recently swapped out my catback with a different brand. I'm not sure if this caused something to get loose or move. I've checked from the cat/test pipe and back for heatshield touching the exhaust pipes and they're all good...but I haven't thought of looking by the downpipe/cross brace area.

It's getting annoying coz I would get it when stepping on the gas at slow speeds (1st-2nd gear) and as soon as I pull up to my garage at idle and start revving to replicate it, I can either hear it faintly or the rattling goes away...so I'm not sure if the car actually moving causes more vibrations

Ive been having a little rattle underneath my car as well; still havent figured out where its coming from!
