Its much more noticeable later in the video, let me know what you guys think before I rip open the motor and check for sure what this car has for cams....

i can't tell but if someone else can they won't know what cams are in. I would just take the valve cover off. It only takes a couple minutes that way you know what brand and duration. if you do have them id say they are a mild cam since your idle is smooth

Only one way to find out for sure..


And there's no such thing as a 2002 Evo VIII..

^^^ I agree. Like (ckevo8rs) Take off the Valve Cover off and check the cams out.

Id say pry not unless they were maybe hks 264 but then again idle lope can be tuned out what vac at but best way pull the cover off check for markings

My idle was at vac-20 psi with stock cams. Switched to GSC S1's and at idle vac sits at 15 psi.

I know it has cams in it, ive driven stock cammed evo's and 272 camd evos and its not stock. Just dont know which cam, I will find out tomorrow when i pull the cover. Anyone know where its marked on the cams?

It may depend on what cams they are. My HKS are stamped right on it in big lettering can't miss it.

Sounds nice. Im not an expert but ya sounds camed to me. Much more lopey than stock.
