Removing Front License Bracket

I got everything off except one screw that just keeps turning. It's the bottom screw that faces the front. How can I remove this?

Not sure but have you taken the bumper off to see how it is attached on the other side? You may need to cut it off or drill it out or soak the crap out of it with PB Blaster.

Yeah tht should be a 10mm bolt not a screw so who ever put that on originally might have used a speed clip or something else to hold it in from the back, I just took mine off last week and fortunately did not in counter this issue

Mine's been gone for quite some time, but if memory serves me that rubber plug is what it screws into...

I'm pretty sure I just turned that bolt while pulling on the bracket and the plug came out with it.

Just grab the rubber piece with a pair of pliers from the backside of the bumper. I had the same issue on my plate bracket. Two of them just spun in the rubber insulated nut. Just grabbed them with pliers and they threaded out.
