How hard do you drive your Evo?

I'm just wondering how you guys drive the car.
I'm talking abou the Evo 9 MR mostly but other Evo's also.

I try to baby the car but just can't lol.
I have to run hard through the gears sometimes but then feel kinda bad after. But people say its an Evo and it's made for this.
What do you guys think about this?

I rev high, brake short, and corner at speed as much as possible. That's why I bought this car.

There's an enormous difference between use and abuse.

I don't drive like a maniac, but I like having power when I need it.

I may drive it hard sometimes, but I also do regular maintenance and ensure fluids are changed.

I just drive it. I dont beat the **** out of it like alot of people do theirs. Alot of times Im just cruising or shifting not even in boost. Every now and then I get on it in spurts. Longevity and treatin it right go hand in hand.

My car absolutely hates to be granny driven. It feels horrible if I try. My car is happiest when I am doing hot laps.

Exactly. It's all about the keep up. I drive mine hard but also maintain it.

Yeah I noticed my car doesn't drive good at all if I drive it at really low cruising speeds... I just like to get to the speed I want to go fast, and then I sit back and throw on cruise control haha. But I definitely have the power when I need it, and it feels good for sure. But shifting at low RPM's really feels like crap, this is coming from an evo X driver :P

That's roughly how I drive mine; drive it hard on the track, and take it easy (90% of the time) on the street.

I drive mine like a granny most of the time but I love having the power whenever I want. It's like an addict having access to their drug of choice whenever they want.
