Most jobs on the evo can be conquered using a set of tools like Crafstman's 2XX piece portable plastic tool chest. Then go to Home Depot and buy one of their large Husky tool totes and equip it with a good set of metric wobble sockets (8-19mm) a breaker bar, pry bars, multimeter, and miscellaneous screwdrivers/pliers.
hey but it's tools you could use though! give me yours and you can buy new ones!
then you'll need it

End of the day, I'm probably going to get one from Cornwell tools. I know it'll be quality, I know it'll last, and i can trust the accuracy. But they are like $150. And that doesn't meet your current needs. Probably wouldn't use this one for lugnuts.

not really. I think I might get the Husky one that is sold at either Lowe's or Home Depot. It's like $75. At least they, unlike craftsman, will give lifetime warranty on a torque wrench for breakage. 90% of my torquing will be checking lugnuts after installing with a cordless impact. For that need, it doesn't need to be great.
End of the day, I'm probably going to get one from Cornwell tools. I know it'll be quality, I know it'll last, and i can trust the accuracy. But they are like $150. And that doesn't meet your current needs. Probably wouldn't use this one for lugnuts.
