I'd get a look at the interior as well, I know in my friends Evo that was running meth that he had a little light installed by the gauge cluster that would turn on when the meth was spraying. He also had a gauge I believe for it. If it has either of these take it for a spin and if it comes on then it probably doesn't have 2 maps like one to come on when it's empty..and if it was driven with the tank empty then that cannot be good

I'm just speculating here since I have no knowledge of methanol injection and have never had a car with meth. So take what I've suggested with a grain of salt haha..
