any suggestions on what may be causing this? the car has had the same amount of vacuum but when I got it tuned on my AEM EMS, I started seeing this problem. Not sure what could resolve it but if any suggestions please feel free to post.

What type of BOV?

To my understanding that fine, BOVs are operated by vacuum, if you get it tighter you'll probably get the part throttle BOV flutter that's annoying.

yeah I get that part throttle flutter also now that the car is tuned. The flutter will go away though if I give it like 16 lbs like something is stuck somewhere in the BOV. It's a 1g DSM forge BOV. the cars hp is quite a bit more but only 2 more psi than what it was tuned on pump gas. Its SD also. I think I'm gonna take it apart when I get home and clean it out and examine it.
