He will install them for free and if they don't fix the problem he will put my stock ones back on and there is no charge

If you had your car tuned and payed money take it back and find out what the deal is. i hate hearing of guys with issues after getting a tune, if you pay for a tune the tuner shouldnt stop working on that car till it runs like stock, this is just my opinion or anyone who feels like there money has any value when they are paying for a service
