Ok how about this? My brother in law has a 99 cobra svt. His car comes equipped with traction control that is controlled with a switch similar to the Evo's foglight switch. There is somesort of way to rewire his traction control button, so that when the car is started, the switch is automatically deactivated. Instead of the traction control automatically being on, you have to now press the button to turn in on. My question is, how can this be done with the foglight switch on the EvO? I want to turn my lights on, and have the foglights come on automatically, instead of having to press the foglight button. I only want the button to be used to turn the foglights off. Let me know whats up.

I found that link already. First off, the link to the manual is dead, but no prob. I already got it. As for my second problem, you want yours to work indepent all together. I want mine to come on as you turn the low beams on. Everytime I turn on my low beams, the fog lights would be on, and the switch or button would only be used to turn them off. Still looking to the forum for any answers or paths to take. BTW did you ever hook up your fog lights to work completely independent? Do you have a DIY post or some instructions? I have a buddy that was talking about wanting to do his like that. Thanks.
