Turbo inlet boot problems

the oem rubber boot that connects the intake to the turbo is constantly slipping off the turbo anytime i build boost or even drive my car for that matter. i tried different hose clamps, cleaning it and spraying with hairspray to get it to stick. I'm looking for a new boot seeing that mine constantly slips. i was hoping theres is a more rigid silicone replacement, but i can't seem to find one for this specific application. can anyone point me in the right direction, or am i stuck buying a whole new intake? for the record its the stock intake and a 9 turbo with the 2.5 inlet

edit: wrong section, my apologies.

Perrin, MAPerformance, and Samco all have replacement silicone intake pipes for stock turbo.

I have a stock one that is in great condition if you just want an OEM replacement, it never slipped off my turbo when I ran it.
