OK, here's a related new.b. question:

My Evo has what I think is an Ebay exhaust. No cat.

If I were to make no changes other than to install an HKS TI exhaust, should I get a tune?

If it was already tuned for an aftermarket exhaust, I probably wouldn't bother. Take a look at your AFR's if you have a wideband to be sure, but I imagine there won't be much change.
