please help!

hi every1
this is my problem, i had a head issue where the valve spring broke. i took apart the head and sent it out to get it rebuild. i had mild port and polish done with +1MM valves and kiggly beehive. the car sat outside for about three months when the head was getting worked on. i got back the head and me and my mechanic put it back together and now the car would crank but no start. it is getting fuel, spark, and good compression and replaced the crank sensor and the cam angle sensor. had the battery on jumper cables while starting but still won t fire up. is there anything else that can be causing it not to start up?
please help any advice would do.
thanks

Are all compression the same...I had problem with starting too and I had compression but still not timed right...I would double check timing from the trigger plate and cam, not from the lower timing cover marker...I heard that from the factory timing can be off...I read somewhere try -5 instead of TDC...let me try to find Trend for you

If you getting fuel and spark and timing is right. You might want to check and see if you flooding it. I say this cause I did some work sane thing I had spark fuel everything was good. Come to ding out I was just pissing fuel and it would just flood and not start.
