Cut timing belt in half to install?

tensioner and water pump should always be changed when you're doing a timing belt

Just do it the right way. Especially if you still have your stupid balance shafts. It's a good idea to replace that belt too, which requires the timing belt to be completely off.

It's not hard to do, I did my first timing belt on a 4G63 when I was like 17 or 18.
